Welcome to...
I have put together some info,
pics, and videos  of my 240z
and it's nearly 3 decades of
life with me. I've had this car
since I was 20 years old and
it's been through several
transformations over the
years to the current
configuration thats been the
most challenging of them all.

I hope you enjoy your visit
1st and final round at the quick 8 race. Mid America Dragway
2010  Here we are..
I hope to have better results
at the track with the Z this year.
The  2009 season was plagued with mechanical problems. From early in May at the
True street car
race the transmission case splits open and causes the engine to over rev, throwing the alternator
belt which in turn got under the blower belt, and caused it to break sending pieces of Kevlar
slamming into the fiberglass hood. NICE!

Early in 2010 I will be freshening up the engine, changing the ignition and fuel injection control
unit to a distributor-less coil pack system. I also plan on replacing the transmission case with an
after market piece. While I have the car down I am going to rewire the battery/Start system with new
larger cables and return to a single battery system. Along with this I will be going away from the
high amp draw electric fuel pump and water pump, back to a belt drive water and fuel pump. This
should keep the battery voltage up longer. My intentions are to make more reliable to drive to the
track and race, then be able to drive it home. A lot of changes are in store, and I need to have all of
this ready for the first Street car shoot out in May if possible. If not that race,
I will be ready for the
June 10th Match race with Mr. Jeff Gillis out at K.I.D. That should be fun.
Heres a link to the flier for
that race.
Ramblin Man   soon to be..
My new project to start sometime early to mid season.
A 1960 2 door "Rambler American Super" station
wagon. Yep.. A station wagon. My intentions are to
build a nice driver. Pro-Street style. Of course it will
have a Rat in it. Possibly the power plant out of the Z. I
have not quite decided that yet. Maybe a turbo deal???
I intend on building a mild steel chassis legal to 7.50
with an A-arm front suspension and 4-link rear. The
floor is all but rusted out, so its a perfect candidate.
