This was a 1981 280zx. I built this car in the
1986-87 time frame. It was the original
"Ratsun". It had a 427 and a 700R4 in it with
two nitrous systems. A Fogger and plate. I
also had an electronic fuel injection made by
Air Sensors. ( I dont think they are around any
longer). The rear end was the stock R-200.
This car was just a dream to drive. It had all
the options hooked back up, and got pretty
reasonable mileage for a big block. I had to
give this one up to get into a house. I did
have a chance to buy it back some years
later, but it went down hill bad. It would have
been almost like starting over.

This car was put together around 85 or
so. It was a 78 280z. I used the drive train
out of the 240 when I tore it down to do
the frame retrofit. I got it running and
drove it for a year or so and sold it to start
the zx below.

This is a 79 ZX I built for a customer when I
had my auto repair shop. It was against my
religion but I installed a small block 350 in
this car with a turbo-350 trans. All the options
worked on this one again as well.

The story that goes with this car is not a
happy one. Not long after I finished this car
for my good friend Kerry, He passed away.
I don't know what ever happened to this
car, And these are the only pics I could find
of it. RIP my friend.
